Ursula Dubosarsky was born in Sydney and is the author of over 60 books for children and young adults. She has won several national prizes, including the NSW, Victorian, South Australian and Queensland Premier’s Literary Awards. She has also been nominated for both the Hans Christian Anderson and Astrid Lindgren international awards for children’s literature. Recent publications include the picture book One Little Goat, based on the Had Gadya, and the novel The Blue Cat set in Sydney in 1942. Ursula will be appearing in the School’s Program for Melbourne Jewish Book Week.
